Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached. You will also need to provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Caiyuanguangjin1819@outlook.com as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We’ll review your request and work with you to find the best solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or product, we recommend returning the original item in accordance with our return policy and placing a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
